Bot traffic problem

DocSpot tries to provide a free resource to help patients find doctors. We welcome bots on same web pages, but not others. Recently, one of our servers has been overwhelmed by traffic, especially on pages that are not supposed to be accessed by bots. To help keep our site operational as expected, we decided to start implementing some mild measures to limit access to some content. Unfortunately, since it can be difficult to distinguish between legitimate traffic and misbehaving bot traffic, it is possible that some users will be caught up in the measures that we take.

If you encounter any issues, feel free to let us know. We might be tuning our anti-bot measures over the next few months.
